The taste wasn’t horrible as long as you didn’t smell it. I basically held my breathe while chugging away. I did not have any bowel issues at all. In fact haven’t gone since taking it yesterday am. It makes me question if this was the real deal after reading all the other reviews. I was using this for the same purposes as most people who wrote reviews on here. Tested (After going 4 times about an hour and then about every 15-30min after) myself 3 times and the negative got darker and darker each time.
