This was my first time using this product. Last smoked on 5/29, took a test for a new job on 6/4. I followed the instructions exactly. This kit saved my ass. Literally! Im about 140 pounds, 5'6 height. First off im a *VERY VERY HEAVY SMOKER* i smoke throughout the day and night and I took a fatass dab probably like 12-15 hrs before my drug test.
