Worked for me. Followed the directions and cut out any sugar, sodium, fatty foods and only drank water for the entire week. Ran 3 miles in the morning after taking the morning dose and did the same thing at night. It was tough but I got the result which was all that mattered.

PASSED MY DRUG SCREEN AND GOT MY DREAM JOB!! I was **suuuuuper** skeptical about buying this but I was desperate. For reference, I am a 260lb., 6'0" woman who has smoked every day (multiples times a day on weekends) for YEARS. I doubled the dosage like they recommended (two kits). I was about a week and a half clean before starting this cleanse. This will make your pee green so don't freak out. Just keep drinking water (and only water) throughout the cleanse. I didn't even drink alcohol because I wanted to minimize what toxins this would remove (I needed all the help with my stored THC). I also don't know why everyone says it tastes gross haha. I was sad I could only do the 2 tbsp a day. It's delicious and lime flavored!

Let me just say I was one of the people who was very skeptical about this product working. But it definitely worked for me. I stopped smoking 2 weeks before I started taking the 7 day detox with the Perma clean and follow the directions. Granted I'm 5'2 and 190 pounds and I've been smoking for 10 plus years. Don't know if it was a plus that I also only drink water anyways and I usually take detox to clean out my system every 6 months or so.What ever the factors were it work and now your girl got a new life changing job.
Ok so I bought this and had it sent over night. I am mid 30s female I weigh 210 and I'm 5'10 I carry most my chub in the middle and since THC binds to fat I was unsure how well this was gonna work so I also bought the same day cleanse as well, more on that later. My THC use for reference: I only stopped using 4 days prior to this and I'm a daily gummy/RSO user! I received everything mid-day on the 17th so when I got home from work I took the jump start with like half a gallon of water and went for a 2 mile walk. This detox says it's a 7 day cleanse but they give you a 10 day supply so I took everything for a total of 10 days. I read other reviews stating that people were testing negative at day 3 so I didn't even take my first at home test until day 3 and it was still positive, so I was a bit discouraged but kept going. Also, just buy you a large pack of test strips from Amazon it's cheaper than the dollar store tests. I was following the daily regime to a T! I only drank my morning coffee and then about a gallon to a gallon and a half a day of water only! No soda, no tea, no alcohol, no juice, no fast food, no processed crap foods. I ate oatmeal in the mornings, salads and whole foods during the day. I finished the 10 day supply and then had to drug test for a new job a few days later. The day I had to test I woke up and tested my first pee and I was just barely passing the line was so faint you might have missed it, and during the cleanse by day 4 I was DARK line passing negative for THC. So I decided to use the same day cleanse as well just to give me a boost, I took the 5 pills and drank the drink. I peed about 4 times, and on the 4th pee my pee was a nice yellow and I dipped in like 4 test strips and passed with 2 dark lines on all of them. I drank some body armor on the way to the lab, because it's packed with B vitamins and electrolytes. I went to the lab and peed in the cup, my pee was yellow, but not too abnormal of a yellow and not diluted at all. I went in on Monday morning and just got the results that Friday that I passed, and could start on boarding. Some things to mention, you will pee A LOT!! So be ready for pissing every 15 mins... if not more. This also gave me diarrhea a couple of days because it's also a natural laxative. JUST KEEP YOUR WATER INTAKE UP!!! Also make sure to ADD Pink Himalayan salt to replenish your body's salts and minerals from all the water. TMI your poop will be a yellow color it's from the uptake in B vitamins. I will 100% recommend this to anyone who needs to detox and pass a test for sure!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

I have a med card but I was starting a job that did not give exceptions for medicinal use, so I knew I had to get clean quickly. I have smoked every day for over a year, always at night but for the past few months pretty consistently during the day as well. I smoke out of a pipe or bong, j's, only flower over 20%TCH, dab pen, edibles, topical THC, and CBD.
I am a 5'7" female at 150lbs, I exercise more days than not, eat healthy, and I naturally drink a lot of water in a day (~20-30oz/hour). I have never done a detox but this one looked great so I figured I'd give it a shot. I liked the ideas of taking pills much better than a drink, and I made the right choice.
Every morning for at least a week (though they give you 10 days worth so if you have the time always better to do 10 days) you take 4 pills (on the larger side), wait half an hour then eat. Repeat for nighttime, and all pills must be taken on an empty stomach.
I followed directions exactly, I exercised every day of that week, I drank double the normal amount of water I usually do, and I ate super clean - no sugar no fats no processed food no alcohol. I bought a ton of at home drug tests and I started to see the second line coming up around Wednesday, though it was extremely faint. I actually bought two detoxes and I got nervous as I was doing this first one and rush ordered an immediate detox as well, but didn't end up using either of my extras. I had to take my drug test on day 9 of the detox, and I passed!
I took the morning pills a few hours before my test and everything was normal. If you are taking at home drug tests, even a faint second line means negative, do not stress!!! Now I have extra detoxes for next time I'm in a pinch :) I was going to the bathroom a lot (#1&2), but that was probably also due to constant water intake.
I loved the pills because I could take them first thing in the morning, and when I got home from school so it wasn't suspicious at all. I stopped all vitamins, but continued to take birth control and another prescription med.
I did not do the jumpstart, and the week before I started the detox I was on vacation so I was high aaaalllllll the time. I smoked every day for two months straight, just a few hits a night to help me sleep, nothing crazy. Im a nursing student so my brain is always stimulated. Anyway, I woke up one morning to an email from the college about a mandatory 10 panel drug test. I immediately started shitting bricks. I got on the internet and looked up foo proof ways to pass a urine drug test. I could have used someone else pee but I had two weeks, I knew there was time. So I found these and with all the 5 star reviews, it felt fishy but I was desperate. I took the pills pretty close to the instructions. Im 5'5, 130 lbs and drink a gallon of water a day. It could have been my high metabolism or these pills, but either way, I PASSED! For sure would recommend and buy again!
I am not gonna lie this stuff made me use the restroom in the morning like CRAZY and then at night I just felt bloated…. I know you're not suppose to take it when you have a bad stomach but I did oops. But It did make my pee turn like a bright yellow almost green color and when I went to take it the first time they told me negative but not negative enough I didn't know I was gonna get tested again sooo I continued to smoke then got a call the next day after going crazy that I needed to come in to take another drug test. So I took the morning pill and a random detox drink you get at a smoke shop and I guess I passed my drug test cause I haven't heard anything back and now I have a whole ass schedule for August ? so this shit def works or it helps with other detox to work. I have been a daily user for about 15 years, around .5-1 grams daily. I am 5'2, 110 pounds & stopped smoking 7 days before starting the detox. There was an additional 12 pills in both the morning & night bottle, so it was really a 10 day detox in addition to the jump start package the day before beginning the detox. After day 10 I took an at home drug test from CVS, tested positive, but I just ordered another box after reading the suggestion of using back-to-back for heavy users. I accidentally skipped one day and still passed my THC test in 6 days! I did everything the instructions stated besides working out due to my physical limitations. Hated the price but overall I’m satisfied and the product definitely worked for me and gave me peace of mind!
