Note: Consistency is key. For the best results, start your tablet regimen at the same time every day.
Take 3 tablets with 8 oz of water every hour for 5 hours daily. Continue this process for 10 consecutive days.
Important: Do not exceed 15 tablets per day. Drink at least half a gallon of water daily and focus on a healthy diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, and lean meats to support the detoxification process.
On the final day of your program, wait two hours after taking your last set of tablets to begin this step. You must fast (no food or drink) during this two-hour wait.

I was a daily smoker. I took three days off before starting this detox. I followed every instruction, to include the diet, and at least one hour of excersize daily. I am still testing positive at this time. Luckily, my test is not for two days, so I have purchased Fast THC Marijuana Detox Kit, just in case. That being said, the detox has had a positive effect over all. I had had a small skin rash for several months, which has now cleared up, and I do feel healthier.
