Why add it?
Note: Consistency is key. For the best results, start your tablet regimen at the same time every day.
Take 3 tablets with 8 oz of water every hour for 5 hours daily. Continue this process for 10 consecutive days.
Important: Do not exceed 15 tablets per day. Drink at least half a gallon of water daily and focus on a healthy diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, and lean meats to support the detoxification process.
On the final day of your program, wait two hours after taking your last set of tablets to begin this step. You must fast (no food or drink) during this two-hour wait.
You may mix the liquid with water/juice, use it as a chaser, or split the mix half-and-half.

I got this product and I’ll be honest I was skeptical because I’ve tried almost everything for a fast detox and none seemed to work. With this product however I was clean by 5 day! I’m 6’0 140 pounds with a fast metabolism so that may be helping out tremendously too. The key thing is drink lots of water, I’d recommend at least 2 gallons a day or until your body can’t take anymore. I also added lemon to my water which helps with detoxification due to it having acidic properties. Did push-ups, sit ups, and a mile every other day which will sped up your metabolism as well.

Worked for me. Followed the directions and cut out any sugar, sodium, fatty foods and only drank water for the entire week. Ran 3 miles in the morning after taking the morning dose and did the same thing at night. It was tough but I got the result which was all that mattered.
